​We have a rare opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in an HR in a role that will provide applicants with a structured training and development programme.

A key part of this HR role also includes responsibility for Health & Safety at this facility and you will also therefore benefit from extensive industry specific professional H&S training, mentored by group.

You will be joining a family owned company that is well-known and acknowledged as a dominant player within its industry.

The HR / H&S Assistant / Trainee will be tasked with supporting the management team continually looking for ways to develop and improve the HR and safety service provisions to the business.

You will have exposure to all aspects of the management and processes within a modern food manufacturing business, part of a larger group.

Computer literate you will need to be competent in the use of MS Office applications and familiar with / interested in HR and safety, with a background in FMCG / Food / Manufacturing preferred.
