HR Shared Services Manager
Grantham – £33, 818 – Permanent – Full time – FTC for 12 months
RecruitME are delighted to be working alongside a leading UK wide organisation who are looking for a HR Shared Services Team Leader to join the business on an initial 12 month fixed term basis.
A hybrid role based in Grantham, the organisation is made up of numerous companies operating across the UK.
Their HR Shared Services function is based in Grantham, providing HR support on all areas including ER, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Compliance and Training.
The role requires someone with strong people management skills who is happy to manage a team of People Advisors and work with key stakeholders and decision makers across the various businesses.
You will be:
· Leading a team of advisors, supporting them on delivering the best service to each business
· Be responsible for the onboarding of new starters, including ensure relevant checks are completed
· Be accountable for stakeholder communication for each site for a range of HR queries
· Ensuring appropriate compliance and service framework
· Perform data analysis on key HR metrics that will drive improvements within the Shared Services team
What we’re looking for:
· Have experience within a people management or team leader setting
· Have experience working within a shared services environment
· Be comfortable having courageous stakeholder communication
