Human Resources Advisor - £35, 000 per annum
We are working alongside a well-established full fibre broadband company, who have been operating for 20 years, bringing next-level broadband to rural areas of East Anglia and the East of England.
They’re currently recruiting for a People advisor.
The People Advisor facilities recruitment and learning and development functions alongside assisting with payroll.
The team provides support through inbound and outbound calling and effective use of my client’s Customer ticketing system.
…… and they’re currently on a mission to bring future ready, Hyper fast, Full- Fibre broadband to rural communities across Essex, Cambridgeshire and East Anglia!

What you’ll be doing day-to-day
· Overseeing the recruitment process, from collaborating with managers for effective hiring strategies, managing candidate pipelines, onboarding of candidates and staying up to date with industry trends
· Supporting the people strategy, managing the Learning Management System, alongside coordinating apprenticeships and maintaining training records
· Handling first line HR queries, managing employee relations cases, assisting with HR projects, maintaining documentation, planning company events, overseeing the HRIS, coordinating facilities for the office space, while staying updated on Employment Law.
Does this sound like you?
Relevant HR qualifications a minimum of CIPD level 3
Minimum of 2 years within a similar role
Up to date knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and best practice in HR
Experience with HRIS and LMS
Ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures, and relevant legislation
