We are working with a forward-thinking and well renowned independent Security and Communications Company operating across the UK who are recruiting for a Incident Management Coordinator

My client is NSI Gold and BAFE accredited and specialises in driving digital transformation and integration across the life safety, security and communications industry.

They specialise in driving digital transformation and integration across the life safety, security and communications industry across universities, public spaces and the Armed Forces.

Due to the company’s continued success and continued growth, they are looking for a Incident Management Coordinator to add to their Maintenance Operations Team in their Mansfield Head Office.

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced individual who has worked in a similar before and for someone looking to develop their career and become a valued member of the Maintenance Operations team.

What you will be doing:

  • Schedule maintenance visits and allocate engineers
    • Log and distribute reactive calls to engineers in line with SLAs/KPIs
    • Liaise with site engineers to ensure jobs are responded to and updated in real time
    • Process completed paperwork and action additional required where applicable
    • Liaise with the customer to ensure all updates are communicated effectively
    • Ensure completed calls are costed in accordance with contract terms
    • Updating/maintaining the Company’s maintenance software in line with compliance
    • Preparation of reports, letters, and documentation
    • Attend client review meetings

What you need?

  • Good IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft packages

  • Be able to communicate well and build successful working relationships with customers and other members of staff

  • Experience in administration and industry knowledge would be desirable but is not essential.

  • Ensure that calls are costed within contract terms.
