They are looking for Insurance Sales Advisors to join their busy and growing business who operate across the UK.
Previous sales experience is not necessary, you may be starting out in your career, or this may be an opportunity to take your career in a new direction and in a role with the chance to earn huge, uncapped bonuses.
The key to success in this Insurance Sales Advisor role is your interpersonal skills, ability to engage others and your willingness to learn what customers really want, as these will play a key part in your day-to-day role converting leads and increasing brand awareness.
Insurance Sales Advisors will be handling inbound and outbound calls from our client’s customers, selling them insurance products.
The current sales team has a friendly and inclusive atmosphere and is described as a very welcoming and fun place to work. They are located in the heart of Grantham with ample parking.
This is a target driven sales role so the ideal candidate will be hungry to earn the uncapped earnings, driven, determined and possess excellent persuasion skills.

Insurance and / or previous Sales experience would be an advantage, though not necessary as if you have a hunger for high earnings potential, then full training will be given.
They off a competitive starting salary of CIRCA £20,000 with an OTE of up to £30,000.
