The role of this IT Technician role is to support the use of IT within GB Group by maintaining IT systems, troubleshoot problems, provide training to new users and configure new users / workstations.

What we’re looking for:
•Knowledge of current Windows and mobile operating systems
•Knowledge of core desktop and cloud business applications
•Ability to document processes, procedures and results
