My client is a well-respected and well-established real estate practice in Lincoln.

They are looking for a Move-In Coordinator to join their Lettings team in their Lincoln city centre office, overseeing the whole portfolio of properties when tenants move-in from the application process to key collection. As well as assisting the wider lettings team when needed to ensure service standards remain high.

The Move-In Coordinator ideally should have experience in lettings and / or property management sector as well as having great organisational, administration and relationship building skills.

The Move-In Coordinator will be responsible for a multitude of tasks to look from application, deposit, contract, tenancy start and liaison for their properties across the Lincoln area and developing a relationship between the company and its tenants from day one.
