Following significant investment, my client opened a new purpose production facility this summer and therefore have an ongoing need for engineers as the operation scales up.
They are now looking for an additional Maintenance Electrician / Engineer who will be responsible for ensuring machine down time is kept to a minimum through planned preventative maintenance and responding to breakdowns.
To be successful in this role, the ideal Maintenance Electrician / Engineer candidate will be qualified to a minimum of HNC in Electrical / Electronic Engineering discipline and have experience of working in a plant/manufacturing environment.
You should be skilled in electrical maintenance and have familiarity with mechanical / hydraulics and be competent in programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
The successful candidate will be an all-round engineering professional with experience within a similar environment and with the ambition to forge a career within a market leading company.
