South Lincolnshire - Salary £40k to £45k dependant on experience
RecruitME Finance are currently supporting a long-standing, well-known business within its sector to recruit an additional Management Accountant into their team.
This Management Accountant will be key in reviewing and recommending improvements to processes and systems as this fast-paced business continues to grow.

It presents an outstanding opportunity for a qualified or part-qualified accountant to become an integral part of a market leader, forging and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders throughout the organization.
This is an interesting opportunity for the right Management Accountant candidate as you will be pivotal in the Finance Team as well as assisting with other financial reporting, forecasting and analysis tasks.
You will work with the Financial Controller to ensure that the finance function is carried out accurately and efficiently providing insightful information to the wider business.
Qualified (CIMA / ACCA) or Part Qualified or by experience is required for this role. You will also need:
To demonstrate excellent communication skills adaptable to all levels
To enjoy interacting with colleagues
You have experience in a fast-paced industry (FMCG, manufacturing, wholesale etc.
The ability to meet deadlines in a pacey environment
Have previous management accounting experience and the use of Sage (ideal)
