We are working exclusively with a well-respected UK Rural Charity who are looking to for a Marketing Manager – Supporter Journey to join their Supporter Team. 

The Supporter Team sits within the wider Fundraising Department and this role plays an important part in delivering my client’s strategic goal to grow their supporter base across the UK. 

The Marketing Manager – Supporter Journey will join a thriving charity who are passionate about what they do and engender a great collegiate environment through fully supported home and hybrid working across the UK. 

What you’ll be doing: 

·         Develop and deliver the strategy for growing marketing consent across all supporter audiences

·         Identify, plan and deliver changes to processes and content to effectively capture and maintain consent

·         Work with the Digital Enablement and Insight Teams ensure we have robust reporting in place

·         Identify, develop and build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders needed to deliver the consent

·         Create and develop strategies to influence more supporters

·         Consult with and influence marketing and communications stakeholders on content and communications

·         Manage effective relationships with 3rd party contractors and suppliers supporting consent and permissions tools and processes 

What we’re looking for: 

·         Experience of working in a marketing environment with a focus on customer/supporter

centricity

·         Experience of using test and learn methodology in a marketing context to drive

performance

·         Conversant with regulations related to data privacy, managing consent and able to interpret these to support marketing activity

·         Excellent collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
