Develop and maintain resourcing models to ensure every stage of the migration process is properly staffed and supported.

  • Performance Management

Monitor and manage contractual and industry SLAs, identifying and implementing improvements to strengthen delivery standards.

  • Monitoring and Reporting

Design and maintain reporting systems to track migration progress, highlight key metrics, and share accurate updates with stakeholders.

  • Policy and Compliance

Ensure all migration activity complies with company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards.

  • Business Growth

Identify and develop opportunities to expand services with existing clients and attract new business through successful delivery.

  • Progress Tracking

Maintain accurate records and ensure systems, databases, and tools are kept up to date to keep projects on schedule.

  • Stakeholder Communication

Lead communication strategies with clients, industry forums, and regulators, providing insights and updates on migration activity.

  • Process Improvement

Document and refine processes, promote feedback, and implement improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven management experience, ideally with energy, utilities, or smart metering knowledge.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing resources and performance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Commercial awareness with the ability to identify new opportunities.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and client-focused.

Benefits
This role comes with a comprehensive benefits package designed to support financial, physical, and mental wellbeing:

  • Pension scheme – 4% matched contribution, with the option to increase to 5%.

  • Life cover – 4x annual salary.

  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, rising to 30 days with service.

  • Enhanced maternity, paternity and adoption pay.

  • Healthcare options including Medicash cashback plan and a 24/7 GP service.

  • Learning and development opportunities including structured reviews and clear career pathways.
