We are working exclusively for a company whose plans will boost the UK’s competitive position in the European digital market by investing over £1bn in their network and next-generation technology.
They are looking for ambitious Network Architects who will be fundamental to the formulation of their overall company strategy and subsequent design and delivery of future network deployment.
As a Network Architect, you will work closely with Network Operations and 3rd Party suppliers to ensure the design and implementation meets my clients’ long-term objectives.
Acting as their “design authority” Network Architects will play a key role in supporting the business in deploying its wholesale and retail solutions.
The Company is incredibly creative and innovative and as such it is partly owned by all its employees, who are offered a share in the business when they join.
Their founders are all highly successful British entrepreneurs with significant expertise in large infrastructure projects. The Board is made up of very senior British, European and US Directors.

As a Network Architect for this heavily backed company, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the direction for their technical roadmap, alongside designing and producing scalable, robust, innovative solutions for their customer base.

What experience and knowledge we’re looking for
•IP / Transmission Platforms and Networks (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE certified)
•ISP Design
•Access Platforms and Networks
•Firewalls and Security
•Virtualisation
What you’ll be doing
•Design Authority responsibility for specification and technical correctness
•Developing solutions in response to requirements, either autonomously or as head of a design team
•Strategic Liaison with HM Government and other UK authorities to ensure alignment with UK national policy
•Provide a single point of technical accountability for the design of the technical infrastructure
