My client is a successful and well-respected Grantham based organisation, who work nationwide and is seeking to add a skilled Admin Assistant to their team.
They are looking for an Admin Assistant to support their busy Sales/Design Department. Covering general administrative duties throughout the department and supporting the wider business and its continued success.
What to expect:
As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for the purchase of materials & equipment, monitor deliveries and ensure the relevant people are informed when deliveries are received, and also maintain a large stock inventory and monitor the booking out, and allocation of plant, materials and stock control.
What we’re looking for in an Admin Assistant :
Have previous administration experience
An understanding of Risk Assessments & Method Statements
Have strong interpersonal skills and be happy to liaise with external and internal stakeholders
Be confident to use your own initiative
Good knowledge of Microsoft office
Experience in using Sage Line 50, and Sage 200, if not be prepared to undertake internal training
Enjoy working with figures
Have good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Have a ‘can do’ approach and enjoy problem-solving
Be conscientious with strong customer service skills
