About the Office Co-Ordinator Role
This is not your typical 9-to-5 admin role. As the Office Co-Ordinator, you’ll be the engine room of the business—keeping things running smoothly across departments and ensuring customers, suppliers, and staff all have a seamless experience.
From supporting the senior team and handling customer queries to coordinating internal logistics and contributing to HR functions, this role offers genuine variety and long-term progression potential.
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-house excellence: Be the go-to contact for customers and suppliers, handling all enquiries with warmth and professionalism
Administrative wizardry: Support Directors and managers with scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day office tasks
Efficient coordination: Manage office supplies, organise mail, and keep records and systems up to date
Sales & service support: Assist sales and service teams with processing, packing, and arranging deliveries
HR administration: Provide light-touch HR support as needed while maintaining absolute confidentiality
Ad-hoc duties: Tackle whatever needs doing to keep the business moving—flexibility is key
What they’re Looking for
Previous admin or coordination experience is helpful but not essential—attitude is everything
First-class communication skills, both written and verbal
Organised and detail-driven, with excellent time management
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital tools
Naturally positive, proactive, and reliable
Capable of handling sensitive information discreetly
A team player who’s also happy to take initiative and get stuck in
