​PA to Head of Department - 3 MONTH Fixed Term Contract
Grantham / WFH – £25, 300 PRO-RATA

We are working exclusively with our client looking for a PA for one of their Heads of Department for a 3 month fixed term contract, immediate start.

A UK wide group, their head office is Grantham where most staff are home/hybrid working.

The focus of the PA role is to support, coordinate and organise your director.

PA experience in a similar job role is desired but candidates who possess strong organisational, multi-tasking and coordination skills will certainly be considered.

What you’ll be doing

  • Complex diary management, liaising with a large number of internal and external contacts

  • Manage and organise all incoming correspondence

  • Arrange meetings and events, including arranging and managing travel requirements

  • Draft reports, compile information from a number of sources and present in a range of formats

  • Carry out research as requested by the Director

What we’re looking for

  • Have worked in a similar PA role or possess strong administration skills

  • Good IT skills using Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel

  • Enjoy managing a varied workload and dealing with internal and external customers

  • Able to work effectively independently and at a distance from the directors
