Our client, a dynamic, family-run business with over 1,200 employees nationwide, is looking for a Planned Works Supervisor to oversee maintenance contracts across Kent. With turnover approaching £250m and ambitious plans to double to £500m, this is a business where you’ll be valued, supported, and rewarded.
As a Planned Works Supervisor, you will:
Lead and supervise site operatives and subcontractors on maintenance projects
Plan, schedule, and monitor daily tasks and project milestones
Ensure quality and safety standards are met
Manage site resources, tools, and suppliers
Drive productivity while fostering a positive team culture
What you’ll bring: 5+ years in planned works delivery, proven leadership, SMSTS, Trade NVQ Level 2, and a UK Driving Licence.
