We have a rare opportunity for a Porter / Welcome Steward for a prestigious organisation covering a large estate with a mix of stunning historical and modern buildings, all set in beautiful grounds.
The Porter / Welcome Host will be the first point of contact for all visitors and will welcome them ensuring they they are suitably checked in from a security perspective.
You will work in collaboration with the Head Porter to prepare a list of visitors to site daily and provide courteous and friendly assistance and direction to all visitors arriving at the School.
What we’re looking for:
· Experience of a customer-facing role where the ability to deal with all people in a friendly, approachable and polite manner was essential
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Smart appearance
· Positive, flexible, “can do” approach to work
· Discreet, trustworthy and with considerable personal integrity
