Our client is a well-respected and established multi office real estate practice across the UK and they’re seeking to strengthen their team in Grantham with a Property Coordinator.
The Property Team are looking for a talented multi-tasker and strong administrator who is able to build rapport with their client base, is organised, professional, responsible and has confidence to priories situations.
The Property Coordinator will work closely other Property Managers to look after the tenants and landlords of a mixed portfolio of properties in the local area.
A keen attention for detail will be required to ensure all Property Management tasks and responsibilities for all aspects of the properties letting and tenancy matters are dealt with in line with the company’s high standards.
The Property Coordinator should ideally have property industry experience, knowledge of current legislation as well as great people and relationship building skills.
However, candidates with strong administration and customer service skills will be considered.
