My client is a well-respected and well-established real estate practice in Lincoln.

They are looking for a Lettings staff to join their team in their Lincoln city centre office, overseeing a portfolio of properties including all aspects of the letting and tenancies of the properties. As well as assisting the wider lettings team when needed to ensure service standards remain high.

The Lettings staff member ideally should have experience in lettings and / or property management sector as well as having great organisational and relationship building skills.

You'll be responsible for a multitude of tasks to look after a portfolio of landlords and their properties across the Lincoln area and developing the relationship between the company and its clients / customers. Arranging repairs, maintenance of properties, negotiations between Tenants and Landlords, viewings and properties inspections.
