A great opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Electrician to join a growing and reputable property and construction company, where you’ll be based in either the Stafford or Shrewsbury depots.
Hand and power tools and van provided.
My client is an excellent and well-respected name within their sector, the work being both long-term and stable in the current climate.
As an Electrician you’ll be joining an experienced department of 40 and will be carrying out varied aspects of electrical works, including domestic, commercial, responsive and planned maintenance, EV points and LED lighting.
You will carry out electrical inspection & testing, electrical reactive and planned maintenance works.
Work activity will depend on location, but will normally fall into the categories of tenanted & void
properties, general repair and maintenance, prior to paint or modernizations.
Qualified Electrical Requirements:
•18th Edition Qualified
•2391 Testing & Inspection Qualified (ideal)
•Full UK Driving License
•Demonstrate experience working as a fully qualified trades person
•Experience of working within the housing sector (ideal)
•Experience of using electrical software (Amtech etc)
•Experience of using mobile working devices (PDA’s & tablets)
•A knowledge and understanding of health & safety regulations
•Windows office experience
