This is a rare opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest-growing broadband providers as a Business Coach, supporting and mentoring their Customer Service, Field Sales, and Field Engineering teams. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining and raising quality standards across the business — ensuring consistency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence as the company continues its rapid expansion.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Coach and mentor customer service, sales, and engineering teams to improve performance and uphold quality standards

• Deliver engaging 1:1 and group coaching sessions, both virtually and in person

• Monitor activity, assess performance, and identify areas for growth and development

• Design and deliver targeted training to enhance skills, service quality, and team capability

• Analyse data and feedback to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement

• Champion quality excellence across all departments, helping to maintain high standards as the business grows

• Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in coaching, mentoring, or training – ideally within sales, customer service, or field operations

• A confident communicator who inspires trust, motivation, and high performance

• Analytical and process-minded with a focus on quality, consistency, and results

• Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• A genuine team player who leads by example and champions best practice

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle required (travel costs compensated)
