Are you a sales leader, ready for an exciting new challenge with a successful Gold Standard full fibre network provider?

I am currently recruiting for an ambitious Regional Sales Manager to join a very experienced sales leadership team operating across Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk.

You will be given a particular area to grow your sales targets through local community events and meetings, direct sales and supported by telesales.

The Regional Manager will be responsible for Sales Team Leaders and Field Sales Executives operating in local communities.

This role plays a vital part in my client’s ambitious growth target and in creating sales events and engagement in rural locations in East Anglia.

This Regional Sales Manager role is with a very well-established full fibre broadband company, who have been operating for 20 years in East Anglia and the East of England. ​

…… and they’re currently on a mission to bring Hyper fast, Full- Fibre broadband to rural communities!​

​... and after securing a over a £150million more from their investors, they need you to play a part in their ambitious future!

What you’ll be doing day-to-day

  • You’ll be involved in the recruitment of new Sales Executives into your team

  • Manage your team’s sales performance and coach / manage accordingly

  • Lead the commercial activity across your area

  • Organise and hold community meetings and events

  • Ensure team’s performance is in line, if not ahead, of company targets and expectations

What are we looking for?

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales management role

  • Full UK driving license

  • Experience coaching and developing a sales team
