Are you a people-person who thrives on keeping customers informed and happy? We’re looking for a Resident Liaison Officer to act as the vital link between residents, project teams, and management during retrofit, decarbonisation, and energy efficiency projects. You’ll manage multiple properties, guide residents through upgrades like insulation, solar panels, air source heat pumps, and ventilation improvements, all while providing top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for residents, keeping them informed and reassured.

  • Conduct pre-start visits to explain works and answer resident questions.

  • Handle complaints and sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

  • Organise resident meetings, open days, and progress updates.

  • Record feedback, manage access issues, and support vulnerable residents.

  • Assist with post-works surveys and handovers.

Who You Are

  • Experienced in Resident Liaison Officer roles, housing, construction, or retrofit projects.

  • Strong communicator with a customer-first mindset.

  • Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple properties.

  • Competent with Microsoft Office and resident liaison tracking systems.

  • Comfortable working in occupied social housing environments.

  • Holds a valid UK driving licence.

  • Desirable Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer service or housing-related training.

  • Knowledge of PAS 2035, retrofit standards, and decarbonisation frameworks.

  • DBS clearance.
