We are working in partnership with a company who are investing over £1bn in their network and next-generation technology. 

They now have a great opportunity for the key role of Salesforce Business Analyst to be responsible for the implementation of the Salesforce platform and its integration with key network planning and management systems.

As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you report to the Group IT Director and work across various internal departments and external partners on a daily basis. 

The Salesforce BA will have a massive impact on the direction and growth of this high-growth ISP as they build a world-class, full-fibre broadband network. 

You’ll coordinate Salesforce products and deliver the ongoing digital transformation. 

My client is using next-generation technology to power its multi-gigabit fibre network, supported by global suppliers including Nokia, Linksys, Fujikura and Salesforce.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Write clear and concise user stories describing the business case and business value and business requirements using industry standard acceptance criteria and scenarios in Atlassian JIRA

  • Through agile methodology, translate internal stakeholder requirements into functional and technical solutions with several third-party developers and analysts

  • Implement and drive the development of best practices and directions of process and workflow internally and to third-party suppliers

  • Host workshops with stakeholder groups and manage multiple and conflicting client demands and set client expectations

  • Support stakeholders through the different phases of the project life cycle

  • Derive business requirements for key processes and create business analysis documents: detailed BRDs for agreement and sign-off from Senior Stakeholders and for use by third parties

  • Work closely with the IT Director and third party to identify new capabilities within the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Community Cloud, Service Cloud) 

The person 

  • Demonstrable experience of administration in Salesforce required: Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, FinancialForce, Field Service Lightning

  • Administrator Certification ADM201 required

  • Salesforce Platform App Builder certification or Advanced Administrator Certification ADM301 desired

  • Solution Architect path certifications desired

  • Proficient in JavaScript and SQL queries

  • Demonstrable experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting required

  • Experience leading data migration activities

  • Exposure/experience with Salesforce API integrations with other systems/platforms highly desired

  • Experience of working according to agile methodology and with tools such as JIRA
