We are working in partnership with a company who are investing over £1bn in their network and next-generation technology.

They now have a great opportunity for the key role of Salesforce Product Lead to coordinate Salesforce products and the implementation of other technologies across the business. ​

This unique offer is a big chance for a Salesforce Product Manager to take their career to the next level, utilising their existing experience whilst working directly with the leadership team and understand future releases of Salesforce capability ​

Working alongside the Service Assurance Team and Business Analyst, you’ll report directly into the Group IT Director. ​

The Salesforce Product Lead will have a massive impact on the direction and growth of this high growth ISP as they build a world class, full-fibre broadband network.

You’ll coordinate Salesforce products and deliver the ongoing digital transformation. ​

My client is using next-generation technology to power its multi-gigabit fibre network, supported

by global suppliers including Nokia, Linksys, Fujikura and Salesforce. ​

Their founders are all highly successful British entrepreneurs with significant expertise in large infrastructure projects. In short, they are a British-owned, highly diverse employer packed with the best of British talent. ​

The Salesforce Product Lead role:

•Driving and delivering digital initiatives across both internal teams and external contractors

•Coordinating releases from multiple teams to deliver cohesive solutions that continuously add value

•Defining possible client solutions or alternatives

•Understanding and gathering internal clients’ requirements and recommending applicable approaches ​

You will implement Salesforce Solutions by:

•Assisting with the configuration and administration of the Salesforce products

•Defining client needs and recommending solutions

•Ensuring the quality of the delivery

•Analysing and fixing problems

•Understanding the existing business processes ​

The person:

•A full appreciation of data, performance, stability and accessibility of products

•Design thinking appreciation

•Good appreciation of systems and data

•Dynamic and innovative approach to problem solving

•Solid governance skills

•Understanding of the Salesforce platform is highly beneficial

•Knowledge/experience of Sales Cloud or Service Cloud

•An individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide industry-leading customer service to all internal and external customers. ​
