Our client is a recognised UK charity, who are seeking to add a Senior Business Analyst to their team to help them through a significant period of change and growth.
Based in the East Midlands this role is home based and will be a key part of the Digital Transformation Department.
The Senior Business Analyst (SBA) will be responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts (BA) and Business Partners (BP).
You will ensure all business areas are fully supported in their digital enablement journey.
You will work on key projects and programmes bringing experience and best practices to the Digital Transformation Team.
We are looking for an effective leader who can support and mentor to their team in order to ensure they are developing professionally and are bringing maximum value and impact to the organisation.
The Senior Business Analyst will be a strategic link between the business and the Head of Technology Transformation providing an ariel view of what needs to be achieved.
What we’re looking for
· Experience of managing a team of Business Partners or Business Analysts
· Experienced Business Analyst
· Ability to work strategically and see the bigger picture
· Excellent relationship development and senior stakeholder engagement skills
· Personable, diplomatic and empathetic with strong listening skills
· Outstanding communication skills – must be confident and comfortable communicating through formal and informal methods to engage with a range of audiences and individuals
· Able to build and maintain good working relationships whilst delivering difficult and challenging messages
