I am looking for a Tele & Web Sales Executive for an innovative challenger brand and market disrupter.

My client is revolutionising the full-fibre broadband network with a category-leading brand, next-generation technology, differentiated products and services that their customers love.

As they’re in a rapid growth stage, you’ll need to be comfortable in a fast-moving environment with lots of change…. And opportunities!

The Inbound and Outbound Telesales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by engaging with potential customers over the phone and webchat.

As a key member of our sales team, you'll contribute significantly to expanding the customer base and will contribute to base management activities and achieving ambitious sales targets.

The Tele & Web Sales Executive will be responsible for handling inbound enquiries, providing product information, and converting leads into sales.

Additionally, you'll proactively reach out to prospects through outbound telesales efforts to generate new consumer and business opportunities.

•Proven experience of inbound and outbound telesales, preferably within the telecoms / broadband industry

•Excellent communication skills with a friendly and persuasive phone manner

•Strong ability to engage with customers, build rapport, and understand their needs

•Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

•Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and services
