QA Supervisor

As a QA Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of Quality Assurance (QA) Analysts in assessing software quality through manual and automated testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure high-quality products are released to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of QA Analysts

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA processes and standards

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues

  • Create and execute test cases and test plans

  • Perform manual and automated testing as needed

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members

  • Track and report defects and testing progress to stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards

  • Continually improve QA processes and strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance and testing

  • 2+ years of experience supervising a QA team

  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools

  • Experience with manual and automated testing

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
