Regional Contracts Manager
A Regional Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing contracts within a specific geographic region. This role ensures that all contractual agreements are properly negotiated, executed, and maintained in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Management
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Ensure contracts are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all contractual documents and amendments.
Risk and Compliance
Identify and mitigate contractual risks.
Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
Liaise with legal teams to resolve disputes or clarify terms.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with project managers, procurement teams, and finance departments.
Serve as the point of contact for contract-related queries in the region.
Performance Monitoring
Track contract performance and ensure obligations are met.
Manage renewals, extensions, and terminations.
Reporting
Provide regular updates to senior management on contract status and risks.
Support audits and internal reviews.
