Retrofit Delivery Manager

​A Retrofit Delivery Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful execution and delivery of retrofit projects—typically aimed at improving the energy efficiency, safety, or functionality of existing buildings or infrastructure. This role focuses on project delivery, ensuring that retrofit initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Management

Lead the end-to-end delivery of retrofit projects, from planning through to completion.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

Programme and Schedule Oversight

Develop and manage detailed project timelines and milestones.

Monitor progress and adjust plans to address delays or issues.

Budget and Resource Management

Control project budgets and ensure cost-effective delivery.

Allocate resources efficiently and manage procurement processes.

Quality and Compliance

Ensure all works meet regulatory, safety, and quality standards.

Conduct inspections and audits throughout the project lifecycle.

Stakeholder Communication

Act as the main point of contact for clients, residents, and partners.

Provide regular updates and manage expectations.

Risk Management
