Retrofit Delivery Supervisor

​A Retrofit Delivery Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, safe, and efficient delivery of retrofit works on-site. This role typically supports the Site Manager or Delivery Manager, focusing on supervising day-to-day activities, coordinating teams, and maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

On-Site Supervision

Oversee daily retrofit activities, ensuring teams follow schedules and plans.

Support tradespeople and contractors with coordination and problem-solving.

Health and Safety

Enforce health and safety protocols and conduct toolbox talks.

Monitor site conditions and report hazards or incidents.

Quality Control

Inspect works to ensure they meet retrofit standards (e.g. PAS 2030/2035).

Flag and help resolve quality issues or defects.

Resident Liaison

Act as a point of contact for residents during works.

Ensure clear communication and minimal disruption.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain daily site logs and progress reports.

Report updates to the Site Manager or Retrofit Delivery Manager.
