Retrofit Operations Manager
A Retrofit Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating retrofit projects—typically involving the upgrading, modification, or improvement of existing buildings, systems, or equipment to enhance performance, efficiency, or compliance with new standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Oversight
Plan, manage, and deliver retrofit projects on time and within budget.
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams.
Technical Management
Assess existing systems and identify retrofit opportunities.
Ensure technical specifications and safety standards are met.
Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Communicate project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
Resource Planning
Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Monitor resource usage and adjust plans as needed.
Compliance and Quality Control
Ensure all work complies with relevant codes, regulations, and sustainability goals.
Conduct inspections and quality assurance checks.
Reporting and Documentation
Maintain detailed records of project activities, costs, and outcomes.
Provide regular updates to senior management.
