  4. Compliance & Administration

    • Ensure placements comply with employment laws and agency policies.

    • Handle contracts, timesheets, and onboarding documentation.

  5. Sales & Business Development

    • Prospect new clients and grow the agency’s client base.

    • Pitch staffing solutions and follow up on leads.

  6. Candidate Care

    • Maintain regular contact with placed candidates.
