Accounts Admin

​​We are currently searching for an Accounts Assistant for an ambitious and successful business, where you’ll be a key member of a close-knit team based in Grantham.

The key aspect of the role is the administration of financial accounts as well as day to day responsibility for a variety of other admin tasks.

We are looking for a strong administrator with a mix of skills that include experience of computerised accounting software packages, preparation of VAT records and bank reconciliation statements.

The Accounts Administrator / Assistant should have financial admin background with experience in the following areas:

• invoice processing

• data input

• office administration

• payment schedules

• BACS payments
