Field Service Technician

​Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.

Respond to customer callouts, providing technical service and maintenance support at customer locations.

Install, maintain, and repair equipment out in the field and provide technical training when necessary.

Diagnose technical problems, replace malfunction components, upgrade systems for efficiency, run equipment tests to ensure stability, create draft reports of performed processes, utilize vehicles and other tools safely, follow client's specifications on operating equipment, and adhere to the safety standards.

Troubleshoot and run diagnostic tests on software and systems.
