About the Account Executive Role
The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and strengthening strategic B2B relationships. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing business accounts and prospect new ones, while collaborating with technical teams to deliver solutions that are aligned with each client’s goals. Key Responsibilities
B2B Account Management: Build and maintain long-term commercial relationships with key clients

Technical Product Engagement: Develop strong knowledge of nutraceutical formats, formulations, and product benefits
Client Solutions Development: Collaborate with technical teams to create tailored customer proposals
Data-Led Sales Performance: Use CRM and analytics tools to track performance and improve strategy
Customer Satisfaction: Act as a point of contact for key accounts — resolving issues, responding to queries, and ensuring service excellence
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams in procurement, planning, and development to align on client delivery
Trend & Market Research: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry changes, competitor activity, and innovation
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales, account management or business development
A technical mindset or strong interest in nutraceuticals, wellness, or pharma sectors
Natural relationship builder who thrives on consultative client interaction
Commercially savvy with the ability to develop strategic sales plans and deliver against them
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable navigating CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), reports, and KPIs
Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and time management
Degree-qualified in Business, Sales, Marketing or a relevant field preferred
