We’re recruiting an experiencedAccount Managerto join a fast-growing UK nutraceutical manufacturer at an exciting stage of expansion.
This is a high-impact B2B role focused onnurturing and expanding existing customer relationshipsacross retail, private-label, pharmacy and branded supplement markets. You’ll be responsible for developing accounts, extending product ranges, improving customer experience and delivering sustainable, profitable growth.

You’ll manage and grow a portfolio of nutraceutical clients, building long-term, trust-based partnerships while delivering annual revenue targets and customer satisfaction KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Sales
Meet and exceed sales targets and account KPIs
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Drive product range extensions, innovation and category growth
Negotiate pricing, terms and specifications and close deals
Develop and execute account growth strategies
Client Partnership & Delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for customers
Build long-term, high-trust client relationships
Educate customers on products, capabilities and evidence base
Coordinate product development projects and launches
Provide after-sales support and resolve queries
Insight, Reporting & Collaboration
Use CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) to manage accounts and forecasts
Analyse performance data and market trends
Conduct competitor and market research
Collaborate with marketing, product and supply chain teams
Compliance & Development
Maintain awareness of regulatory standards in supplements and functional foods
Attend product and industry training
About You
ProvenB2B account management or sales experience
Track record of growing accounts and exceeding targets
Background in nutraceuticals, pharma or FMCG advantageous
Consultative, relationship-led sales approach
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
Excellent communication and presentation ability
Organised, resilient and self-motivated
Confident using CRM systems and MS Office
Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Nutrition or similar is desirable but not essential. Relevant experience is key.
