Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a new opportunity to work for a close-knit family run business in an idyllic barn conversion in Lincolnshire? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
Our client is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic experienced Bookkeeper to join their business as part of ongoing plans to develop, manage and retain their global client base.
As Bookkeeper and Personal Assistant, you will conduct day to day maintenance of Purchase Ledger; manage supplier payments, client receipts and bank account reconciliations; monitor and forecast the company’s weekly cash flow; manage monthly payroll and year-end reporting, and produce the annual company budget.
Alongside your general bookkeeping duties, you will be acting as Personal Assistant to the Finance Director of the company and help support fellow colleagues with basic administrative duties.
What we’re looking for:
Experienced Bookkeeper, preferably with a professional qualification but not essential.
Proactive and enthusiastic individual
Capable of taking responsibility for the finance function of the company.
Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts & Sage Payroll essential
Good Microsoft Excel skills required.
Good interpersonal skills
