RecruitME is proud to be working in partnership with a leading family-run property services and facilities management contractor, who are seeking an experienced Estimator to support their continued growth.

With a current turnover of over £200 million and ambitious plans continue their year on year growth, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that combines the heart of a family-run operation with the scale and ambition of a national leader.

We’re supporting them in the search for an additional Estimator to join their Commercial New Projects Team in Warrington, delivering strategic bids across a wide range of sectors including Social Housing, Decarbonisation Retrofits, Planned Works, Passive & Active Fire Protection, and more.

This role is much more than number crunching — you'll play a key part in developing winning tenders, collaborating with supply chain partners, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce accurate and strategic tender submissions across varied sectors

  • Evaluate enquiries, scope work, identify risks, and develop detailed pricing models

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Collaborate closely with Directors and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handovers

  • Contribute to continuous improvement across the tendering process

  • Provide concise financial overviews and insight for adjudication

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience estimating/planning bids in housing, decarbonisation, or fire protection

  • Strong pricing ability from first principles

  • Excellent IT and Excel skills

  • A commercial mindset and the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • High attention to detail and confident communication skills

  • Flexibility for occasional site visits
