An amazing opportunity to join the Leadership & Development Team at a leading financial technology company to help design online interventions to support business needs.

As a Digital Learning Specialist you will be responsible for delivering online training requirements, working with internal stakeholders to achieve mandatory and regulatory annual requirements. As well as being a content curator, researching available external content that can enable a library to support CPD across all departments.

We are looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills who can produce high quality work whilst managing complex projects in a faced-paced environment.

The ideal candidate would have the ability to build positive working relationships with internal and external parties to deliver positive outcomes whilst being able to obtain results through partnering, collaboration, and the utilisation of data analytics. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint is also essential.

Key responsibilities:

•Responsible for development and successful implementation of the Digital Learning strategy, with the continuous development of a high-quality digital learning service

•Responsible for design, delivery, and evaluation of e-learning courses

•Responsible for the continuous improvement and enhancement of the user experience for all learning content, including desktop and mobile learning solutions as well as evaluation of change and benefits

•Responsible for the co-ordination and operational management of digital learning systems, digital resources/platforms

•Curate and build digital learning pathways to support organisational learning and capability in line with core learning needs (Leadership, Management and Technical Training)

•Responsible for delivering training consultancy and providing SME insight to stakeholders across the Team to address development needs

•Overall responsibility for the redevelopment and management of the LMS and other identified channels, including continuous development of system and content

What we’re looking for:

•Learning and Development experience

•Experience designing and curating digital content

•Proven understanding of adult learning principles, frameworks, and tools relevant for designing blended programs

•Experience with emerging trends for content creation (e.g. gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality)

•Subject matter expertise and innovation in e-learning (Instructional/graphic design, authoring, video editing)

•Extensive experience with authoring tools, such as Articulate 360/ Articulate Storyline

•LMS (e.g. Skillcast) administration experience including eLearning publishing and learning assessments

•Industry certifications in e-learning design and/or instructional design preferred
