We’re on the lookout for Field-Based Lead Generation Executives — engaging, outgoing individuals who thrive on meeting people, sparking conversations, and generating interest face-to-face. You’ll be working as part of a supportive, high-energy team, sharing ideas, celebrating wins, and helping each other succeed. This is also an excellent opportunity to progress into a high-earning Field Sales role, with full training and support provided.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Get out into your community – engage directly with residents and small businesses, building awareness and interest in broadband services
• Generate high-quality leads through door-to-door visits, local events, and community engagement
• Represent the brand with confidence, professionalism, and positivity
• Collaborate with your team and the wider sales department to ensure warm handovers of interested customers
• Keep track of your activity using our easy-to-use CRM tools
What We’re Looking For:
• Confident, friendly, and great at building rapport face-to-face
• Enjoys working outdoors and interacting with the public
• A true team player who supports others and shares success
• Self-motivated, resilient, and driven to hit targets
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (mileage paid)
• Previous field sales, fundraising, or customer-facing experience is an advantage — but personality and drive are what really count!
