We are working exclusively with a leading UK Charity who are looking to fill the newly created role of Head of Learning, Culture and Values. 

You will join a thriving organisation that have embarked on a significant people transformation programme affecting every part of the operation across the UK.  

As Head of Learning, Culture and Values, you’ll be a critical player in driving the development of organisational culture and staff engagement strategies for the organisation. 

You will lead the Charity’s culture, values and leadership elements of their people transformation strategy that will ensure their values and behaviours are informed and understood by their people, underpinning leadership and performance.  

As Head of Learning, Culture and Values, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver a performance development framework and lead the design, delivery and evaluation of learning, including leadership development, creating relevant and inspiring learning interventions. 

The Head of Learning, Culture and Values will lead the development of organisational culture and staff engagement strategies, working with senior HR colleagues to ensure that values are embedded across the organisation and within the full employee lifecycle. 

You’ll be responsible for ensuring that all learning activities from apprenticeships, early careers, management development and leadership coaching is embedded into the organisation. 

The Head of Learning, Culture and Values will ensure that the L&D strategy is in line with the business objectives and that your team of L&D specialists are delivering exceptional learning sessions for all colleagues. 

What we’re looking for: 

·         A highly experienced L&D or OD specialist with significant experience at a leadership level

·         You will have led L&D or OD functions and been personally responsible for setting strategy and delivering upon this

·         Confidence when operating as part of a senior HR team and influencing board level decisions

·         Excellent stakeholder management skills

·         An inspiring leader of people.
