RecruitME are partnering with a Non for Profit Organisation to help recruit an HR and Operations Manager. This role is a full time, permanent role working onsite with occasional working from home considered.

We are therefore seeking an HR professional qualified at CIPD 3 with additional experience of office management, as you will also have responsibility for overseeing the Administration and Finance & Payroll Teams.

This is a high profile HR role reporting directly to the CEO and a key member of the Senior Leadership Team.

My client provides services for adults with learning disabilities who have chosen to be supported in a community that has a Christian Ethos.

It is therefore a key requirement of this HR and Operations Manager role that you share their Christian Ethos and engage with their charitable activities.

It is an exciting HR developmental role in which you will get fully involved in a charity that really makes a difference.

The HR and Operations Manager will play an important part in the strategic direction of the organisation within the Senior Management team, where Christian values are at the heart of everything they do

Key aspects of the role include:

•Managing the smooth running of all HR process including recruitment, onboarding, performance management and staff wellbeing

•Leading and supervising the administration team to provide a range of agreed services across the organisation

•Overseeing the finance team in the processing of all financial income and expenditure

•Liaising with the external professionals, HR consultancy and Accountancy to achieve effective outcome

What we’re looking for:

•CIPD Level 3 (minimum)

•This role has a genuine occupational requirement to have an active Christian faith

•Strong knowledge of HR processes and employment legislation

•Exceptional organisational and administrative abilities

•Proficiency in HR software and systems
