The Role

As Office Manager, you’ll be the central point of coordination for this growing practice. You’ll ensure daily operations run smoothly, maintain office systems, and provide support across administration, HR, finance, and supplier relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations

  • Provide admin and diary/scheduling support

  • Maintain personnel files and holiday records

  • Manage office supplies, suppliers, and contracts

  • Support payroll admin, expenses & basic accounts

  • Assist with new starter onboarding and compliance

  • Liaise with external IT support

  • Keep the office organised, safe, and compliant

What We’re Looking For

Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail

  • Confident communicator with a professional manner

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Ability to prioritise and take ownership of tasks

  • Enjoys supporting a team and maintaining structure

  • Experience in a disciplined or regulated environment
