Multi Skilled Engineer
Location: Sleaford Area
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (2 Days / 2 Nights)
Salary: Competitive + Generous Overtime (High OTE)

Following ongoing investment in new machinery, automation and infrastructure, multiple Multi-Skilled Engineer roles have been created at this high-performing, value-added food manufacturing site.
You’ll be working at a significant manufacturing site that has received major capital investment and continues to evolve. It’s a site where engineers are listened to, involved in projects and upgrades, and given the opportunity to grow.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
Work within a skilled engineering team on a rotating 4 on / 4 off shift pattern (2 days, 2 nights)
Apply both electrical and mechanical skills across a diverse plant
Work with pneumatics, hydraulics and PLC-controlled equipment
Fault-find effectively and support improvements in machine performance
Contribute to a proactive, improvement-led maintenance culture
What We’re Looking For
Time-served Multi-Skilled Engineer with electrical and mechanical capability
Apprentice trained to NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
Strong fault-finding skills
Good working knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and PLCs
18th Edition
Proactive, improvement-focused mindset
