We’re recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer to join the Mill Engineering team at our client’s leading agricultural production site in Lincolnshire.
This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of complex feed manufacturing machinery and equipment. You’ll play a key role in keeping production efficient, safe, and running smoothly.
As a Maintenance Engineer, you’ll:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a wide range of production equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults quickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
Support continuous improvement and reliability projects across the site.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
Work collaboratively with operations to optimise performance and production output.
About You:
You’ll bring a solid engineering background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:
BTEC Level 4 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
17th Edition electrical qualification.
A mechanical qualification and hands-on maintenance experience.
A flexible, organised approach with strong interpersonal skills.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
