They are now looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager and as a digital first business, this is a critical role, one central to their Marketing team. Although they’ve only been up and running a short time (early 2021), their growth trajectory is aggressive, and their ambitions are bold and exciting.

They’re therefore looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to execute paid campaigns across these new UK markets.
The role will lead on the set-up, delivery, optimization and reporting across PPC, social media and online video channels with the objective to improve how paid media works to deliver the business targets.
This is a super exciting Paid Media Manager opportunity to play a key role in building their brand bottom up and launch new products into market.
What you’ll be doing
As a senior member of the team, with support from the Marketing Director, the Paid Media Manager will own and be responsible for the whole digital advertising and paid media strategy.
You’ll manage the company’s paid media channels whilst contributing to the creation, execution and delivery of digital campaigns.
The Paid Media Manager will have a strong focus on driving acquisition via paid channels, particularly active search, display and paid social.
You’ll also be responsible for the paid media budget, managing costs, ensuring spend is managed carefully and demonstrating a strong ROI.
What we’re looking for
•Depth of experience in paid media and PPC across multiple digital platforms including Facebook, Google and YouTube
•Deep understanding of digital channels measurement and ability to connect the relevant digital KPIs with overall marketing and business objectives
•Experience using analytics packages, and expertise in Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager
•Highly organised and detail orientated, a proven record of driving acquisition with the ability to manage budgets for multiple markets and juggle competing priorities within tight timelines
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex data into easily understandable stories, analyse and interpret data to draw actionable insights
What we would love you to have
•Experience of working within the Salesforce eco-system and particularly utilizing Marketing Cloud is an advantage, but transferable skills are sufficient
•A background or interest in broadband, telco or home services would be an advantage, though not essential
•Ideally some broader advertising experience
