Role Overview


Are you a highly experienced Painting Contracts Manager with a passion for delivering quality projects? Join our leading property services contractor and take full responsibility for managing multiple painting and decorating projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:


- Project Management: Oversee multiple painting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Team Leadership: Lead and support teams, providing coaching and development while maintaining performance standards.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular progress updates and managing expectations.
- Compliance: Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Effectively allocate work, manage subcontractors, and monitor performance.
- Site Audits: Conduct regular site visits and audits to ensure work is completed to specifications and Bell Group’s operational standards.

Skills & Qualifications Required:


- Trade Qualification: NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in painting/decorating or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in painting contracts and on-site operations.
- Health & Safety: Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
- Certifications: SSSTS and SMSTS are required; IOSH certification is preferable.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is essential for travel between multiple sites.
- Desirable: Experience in the social housing sector is a plus.
