About the Job
The Project Manager role is a pivotal position within the Business Innovation Team, responsible for leading and delivering innovation projects across the business.
You’ll lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a variety of high-impact initiatives focused on the company’s diverse nutraceutical product range.
As the Project Manager, you’ll be instrumental in driving change, managing internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that all projects meet quality, budget, and time expectations.
This is a hands-on, strategic role with real influence across the company.
What We’re Looking For
A degree in project management, business management, or a related discipline (ideal)
Ideally certified in one or more of the following: PRINCE2, APM, PMI, PMP, CAPM, CSM, IAPM
Proven experience in managing projects within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, or FMCG environment
Practical understanding of resource and budget management
Confidence in using project management tools, databases, and Microsoft Office software
A proactive, analytical, and solutions-focused mindset
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
