The Senior Projects Coordinator role will support the smooth day-today running of nationwide operations. These operations include the installation of access systems, fall protection systems and commissioning of maintenance equipment.
The Senior Projects Coordinator will be working with a dynamic team of graduate engineers and other project stakeholders.

It’s a Senior Projects Coordinator role that will suit someone with either an M&E projects or Construction background and has taken the lead on several site or projects seeing them through to completion.
As the Senior Projects Coordinator you will:
Taking full control of projects and seeing them through to completion
Manage the day-to-day operational control of the projects
Regular project progress reporting to all stakeholders
Controlling project costs and ensuring delivery is on schedule and within agreed budgets
Support contract and commercial process including compliance and contractual obligations
Introduction and development of project management processes and procedures
Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety, RAMS etc…
The ideal Senior Projects Coordinator will have:
Engineering qualification (min. HND level or equivalent)
Proven project management experience with good understanding of the commercial construction / M&E sector
Ideally have completed a formal project management qualification (such as Prince 2)
Confident to deal with various stakeholders from engineering team, directors, suppliers and customers
Experience of Building Maintenance Units (BMUs), façade access systems or fall protection systems would be useful
