About the Client: A well-established business who provide safety access solutions to some of the most iconic buildings and structures in the UK. 

Operating from a new purpose-built facility in Grantham, the Company has ambitious development plans.

The Senior Projects Coordinator role will support the smooth day-today running of nationwide operations. These operations include the installation of access systems, fall protection systems and commissioning of maintenance equipment.

The Senior Projects Coordinator will be working with a dynamic team of graduate engineers and other project stakeholders.

It’s a Senior Projects Coordinator role that will suit someone with either an M&E projects or Construction background and has taken the lead on several site or projects seeing them through to completion.

As the Senior Projects Coordinator you will:

  • Taking full control of projects and seeing them through to completion

  • Manage the day-to-day operational control of the projects

  • Regular project progress reporting to all stakeholders

  • Controlling project costs and ensuring delivery is on schedule and within agreed budgets

  • Support contract and commercial process including compliance and contractual obligations

  • Introduction and development of project management processes and procedures

  • Ensuring compliance with all aspects of Health & Safety, RAMS etc…

The ideal Senior Projects Coordinator will have:

  • Engineering qualification (min. HND level or equivalent)

  • Proven project management experience with good understanding of the commercial construction / M&E sector

  • Ideally have completed a formal project management qualification (such as Prince 2)

  • Confident to deal with various stakeholders from engineering team, directors, suppliers and customers

  • Experience of Building Maintenance Units (BMUs), façade access systems or fall protection systems would be useful
